Eligibility: Admission to the Courses shall be open to candidates who have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed by the concerned university and regulatory authorities
Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured the minimum percentage of marks required for LL.B. admission as prescribed by the affiliating university/competent authority. Relaxation, wherever applicable, shall be provided according to prevailing government rules.
Age Limit: There shall be no age restriction or such age limit as may be applicable under the rules and regulations of the competent authority/university at the time of admission.
Admission Process: Admission shall be made strictly according to the rules, merit criteria, entrance examination, counselling procedure, and schedule prescribed by the affiliating university/competent authority.
Required Documents: Candidates must submit the prescribed application form along with relevant documents such as graduation marksheets/certificate, Class 10 and 12 certificates, transfer/migration certificate where applicable, photographs, identity proof, caste/category certificate, and other documents required by the institution.
Verification: Admission will remain provisional until all original documents and eligibility conditions have been verified by the college/university.
Fee Payment: Selected candidates must deposit the prescribed admission and course fees within the stipulated period. Admission may be cancelled if the required fee is not deposited on time.
Attendance: Students admitted to the LL.B. programme must maintain the minimum attendance prescribed by the Bar Council of India and the affiliating university to be eligible for university examinations.
Conduct and Discipline: Students must comply with the college's academic, disciplinary, anti-ragging, and other institutional rules. Any violation may result in disciplinary action as per applicable regulations.
Cancellation of Admission: Admission may be cancelled if a candidate is found to have submitted false information, forged documents, concealed relevant facts, or failed to satisfy the prescribed eligibility requirements.
